- Because Spirited Style is a small handbag company, we only stock a limited inventory of finished handbags, as well as the fabrics and trims used in our designs. If a fabric goes out of production and our limited stock of finished handbags is gone that bag can no longer be made. If you see a design you love, it’s best to buy early in the season!
- Hand Crafted
- Spirited Style patchwork handbags are individually crafted from an array of beautiful fabrics, trims and embellishments. The handbags are handmade in small batches in the Chicago area employing local craftspeople.
- Handbag Variations
- We try our best to take pictures that accurately capture the colors and fabrics used on the purses. It is possible that the purse you receive may have slight differences in colors and patterns from what you see on the website due to a variety of reasons such as how your monitor is adjusted, the lighting we used, the lighting in your home, natural variations in the fabrics and which portion of a piece of fabric was used in your handbag. Also, some zipper charms may vary slightly as well, due to availability. We like to think that these differences make each bag unique.
- Shipping
- For standard shipping in the United States we use US Postal Service Priority Mail. For next day shipping we use FedEx. For international orders we use US Postal Service Priority Mail International so that each shipment can be tracked.
- How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
- If an item is in stock it usually ships within 24 hours. So from the time you order something to the time you receive it you can guess about 3-7 days with standard shipping.
- Sales Tax
- We collect sales tax for shipments to Illinois. Sales tax will be calculated for you during the checkout process.
- Viewing Orders
- By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.
- Returns
- We really hope you like your handbags and
accessories but if for some reason you are not satisfied you can return the
unused item(s) with hangtags attached for a refund within 14 days of shipment.
Our return policy only applies to purchases made on our website. If you bought
one of our products at a retail store, please contact that store for its return
options.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you can obtain by sending an email to customercare@spiritedstyle.com or by calling 847.668.0068. Please do not send anything back until you have the RMA number.
Shipping will be refunded if we sent you the wrong item or in the unlikely event that it is defective. Otherwise you are responsible for the shipping and insurance. If you used a discount or promotion then the refund will be reduced to reflect the value of the discount or promotion.
If we are paying for return shipping we will email a link to you that allows you to print a prepaid return label from the US Postal Service.
